Vadaanya Janaa Society
Nigama Foundation partnered with Vadaanya Janaa Society, a youth-led non-profit funding merit scholarships and tuition for students who would otherwise be priced out of an education. Backing the Right to Education by supporting the organizations that make it real on the ground.
School Supplies Distribution — Amitabha Aadarana
Uniforms, notebooks, bags, and stationery distributed to students who would otherwise start the year without basics. Fifty children sponsored annually through the Nigama school-supply programme — each one named, each one tracked, each one followed through to the end of the year.

Water Filtration Plant — Government School, Anantapur
Nigama Foundation installed a permanent water filtration system at a government school near Anantapur, giving more than 300 children reliable access to safe drinking water. Clean water is the quiet foundation of health and learning — infrastructure that keeps students in class instead of falling sick.
Dining Hall Renovation — Visakha Model School for the Blind
Commissioned on August 8th, 2024, the dining hall renovation at VMS gave blind-school students a dignified space to share meals. This is what Indotronix Avani Group's CSR commitment looks like when it arrives in person — not a plaque on a wall, but a room where children eat every day.

School Renovation — Kitchen, Washrooms & Urinals, TSWRS Hyderabad
Ceipal and Nigama Foundation completed washroom renovation, kitchen upgrades, urinal facilities, and full painting of the Telangana Social Welfare Residential School campus in Hyderabad. The Ceipal + Nigama signboard now stands at the entrance — a commitment made, funded, and delivered on 20 August 2024.

Uravakonda Auditorium — Govt. Jr. College
Nigama Foundation constructed a full auditorium at Government Junior College, Uravakonda — the founder's own school. The facility now hosts daily morning prayers, seminars, college functions, and examinations. Uravakonda is where Sameer Penakalapati spent his school years; the auditorium is the foundation's way of giving that back permanently.

Appliances, assistive resources, and sustained support for the Sadhana Institute for the Intellectually Challenged. Respect isn't sympathy from a distance — it's equipment delivered, a visit made, a hand shaken. The barrier for most people with disabilities is access, not ability. We address the barrier.

School Building & Electrical Infrastructure — Saraswathi Vidyamandir, Guntakal
Nigama Foundation funded school building construction and full electrical board installation at Saraswathi Vidya Mandir in Guntakal — a school serving children from underserved communities. Beyond supplies, this is structural: lights that stay on, rooms that stand, a campus built to last for the next generation of students.

Blood Donation Camp 2025
The Indotronix Avani team in Hyderabad came together for a volunteer blood donation drive — a morning of compassion, community, and collective impact. The people who fund the mission also show up for it.

Flood Relief Support — Vijayawada
In the wake of the September 2024 floods, Nigama Foundation distributed 1,250 relief packs — each curated from survivor feedback with a blanket, towels, a steel plate, a bowl, and a durable cotton bag. A total contribution of roughly Rs. 10 lakh, delivered where it was needed, when it was needed.

Diwali Fundraising 2024
Employees hand-painted diyas that were auctioned during the corporate Diwali celebrations, turning festive creativity into funding for the year's CSR initiatives. Every rupee raised flows straight into Nigama Foundation programs — art, generosity, and the spirit of giving in a single evening.

Homes & Havens
Goshala Community Visit — Pashu Mandap
The Nigama Foundation and Ceipal teams visited Pashu Mandap Goshala in Hyderabad, bringing veterinary supplies, feed, and a formal handover ceremony attended by the goshala leadership. A reminder that the foundation's commitment extends to every living being in the communities it serves.

Susheel Foundation Old Age Home
For the year's third-quarter CSR initiative, Nigama Foundation donated roughly Rs. 66,700 in essential supplies to the Susheel Foundation Old Age Home — groceries, air beds, and wheelchairs chosen to improve comfort and mobility for the residents. Dignity in old age is a promise kept in specifics.
Matrudevobhava Anadha Ashramam
This ashram provides safe shelter for impoverished, homeless, and mentally disabled people across the greater Hyderabad region. In September 2023, the Indotronix Avani Group CEO and employees donated generously to sustain the home's day-to-day needs.
Anaikkym Karangal
In Chennai, Nigama Foundation's CSR outreach at Anaikkym Karangal provided children with a nutritious dinner, groceries, fresh vegetables, gently used clothing, rice, and water — backed by a Rs. 60,000 donation. Care delivered as a meal shared and a cupboard restocked.
Vejbai Bal Nivas
Nigama Foundation volunteers — all Indotronix Avani Group employees — spent time with the boys of Vejbai Bal Nivas, a Hyderabad Children's Aid Society shelter for orphaned boys aged 7 to 18, donating essential resources alongside their time.
Friends Foundation
Friends Foundation rescues children from dangerous situations and raises them in a nurturing family environment, with English-medium schooling and space for dance, music, and sport. Nigama Foundation volunteers spent time with the children and provided monetary support in 2019.
Radha Kishan Balika Bhavan
Nigama Foundation volunteers visited Radha Kishan Balika Bhavan, a Hyderabad Children's Aid Society home for girls aged 12 to 18, donating their time and essential resources. Showing up for young women who are building their futures against the odds.
