2. About Nigama Foundation

Nigama Foundation is a registered public charitable trust (PAN: AADTN9569J). We hold Section 12AB registration (Reg. No. AADTN9569J25HY01, approved 10 Nov 2025) and Section 80G certification (Reg. No. AADTN9569J25HY02, approved 13 Jan 2026), both granted by CIT(Exemption), Hyderabad, valid AY 2025–26 to 2029–30. Our trust is managed in compliance with applicable Indian laws.

3. Donations

• All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless there is a proven processing error.
• 80G receipts are issued within 7 working days of donation confirmation.
• Donations are used for programs described on this website. Nigama Foundation reserves the right to allocate funds to areas of greatest need within our mission.
• We do not accept anonymous donations above ₹2,000 as required by Indian regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, photographs, logos, and design — is the property of Nigama Foundation and may not be reproduced without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

5. Limitation of Liability

This website is provided "as is." Nigama Foundation makes no warranties about the accuracy or completeness of the content. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this site.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
