No. AADTN9569J25HY01) and Section 80G certification (Reg. No. AADTN9569J25HY02) under the Income Tax Act, 1961, both valid AY 2025–26 to 2029–30. 2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to process your donation and issue tax receipts:

• Name, email address, and phone number (when provided)
• Mailing address (for 80G receipts)
• PAN number (required by Indian tax law for 80G receipts above ₹2,000)
• Payment transaction reference (processed by Razorpay — we do not store card details)

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process your donation and send a confirmation
• To issue your 80G tax receipt within 7 working days
• To send occasional program updates (you may unsubscribe at any time)
• To comply with Indian trust and income tax regulations

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only with:

• Razorpay — our payment processor (subject to their own privacy policy)
• Government authorities when required by Indian law

5. Data Retention

Donation records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by Indian trust regulations. You may request deletion of non-statutory data by emailing contact@nigamafoundation.org.
